Each time a Distribution element is published on a unique website, we have a Placement.

As noted, a Placement occurs each time our content about your business (an article, blog, video, etc.) is published on a unique website in our distribution networks. Once your Google Business Profile (GBP), formerly known as Google My Business or GMB Profile, is set up, and then optimized, we have found that our OVM Campaign offering is one of the most powerful and cost - effective tactics to improve your visibility and hopefully get your business onto Google Page 1, where we all know you need to be, right? Numerous studies report that a vast majority of all Google search traffic stays on Page One. Please note this is CONTENT about YOUR business, not just SEO back links. (But yes, back links are in there too.)

Producing content educates and differentiates your brand, crushes competitors, and builds authority in your industry, especially in today's Ai-powered search algorithm world.

As is evident from the Case Study shown here, this Content Plan … for our own Website Development and SEO services, under a previous brand … was envisioned to be a total of at least 32 Distributions (4 key service areas targeting 8 locations : 4 x 8) over a period of several months. Bob, our founder and owner, is a long time business advisor, having formed his own consulting company over 25 years ago after a successful 20 year corporate career. His formal education background includes an Engineering degree and later an MBA. He worked for multi-national clients on location in nine countries on four continents, before he started focusing solely on helping small businesses grow profitably. CrossGates Digital Media is an offshoot of the consultancy, focused solely on helping small to medium sized businesses increase their visibility to more of their "ideal customers" in online searches.

Where does the company name come from? It's a "tip of the hat" to Bob's maternal grandfather and his family, who emigrated from their home in the area of Crossgates, Scotland to the United States in the late 1800's.
